A passionate Leo Sun with a dreamy Pisces Moon and adventurous Sagittarius rising. I grew up in Florida before making NYC my home in 2019. My journey into yoga started as a way to find relief from the corporate world, but it blossomed into a deep connection that inspired me to become a full-time teacher in early 2024.

With a background as a former gymnast, teaching yoga has reignited my passion for strength and mobility, and I love empowering my students to feel strong in both their bodies and minds. My mission as a yoga teacher and fitness professional is to create a safe space where we can fully embrace the complexity of our human emotions while enjoying movement that is both fun and energizing.
