Heated Vinyasa, Vinyasa Flow

Robert is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher trained in the Fluid School at Kala Yoga under the guidance of Kevan Gale, Kate Sullivan, and Pia Fiato.

His classes combine dynamic vinyasa flow, core strengthening, and mindful breathwork, creating an energetic and engaging practice for all levels. With a foundation in both Buddhist and Hindu yogic philosophies, Robert’s teaching encourages students to connect with their bodies and spirits through mindfulness and movement.

He aims to create an inclusive environment where every student feels challenged and supported, leaving class with a renewed sense of clarity and empowerment to navigate life more thoughtfully.

Outside the studio, Robert enjoys running, exploring vegan cuisine, watching anime, and playing video games.
