We offer Heated Vinyasa Yoga, non-heated Vinyasa Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga, Heated Pilates, Strength and Conditioning, Meditation and Yoga Nidra. You can see all of our class descriptions here.
-
A non-heated class is usually about 75-80 degrees. A heated class uses state of the art infrared radiant heaters to warm your body and make the room feel like 90 degrees.
-
All forms of yoga can help you build strength, improve flexibility, reduce stress and cortisol levels, calm your mind, manage a healthy weight, and reconnect with yourself and others. Heated yoga, however, offers unique advantages that amplify these benefits. Our gentle yet effective radiant heaters create an environment that allows for deeper stretching, enabling you to detoxify impurities from your body more efficiently. The heat helps to limber up your muscles, allowing for deeper and safer stretches.
Additionally, infrared heat can promote various health benefits, such as improving circulation, aiding in muscle recovery, and reducing stress. It is also currently being studied for its potential impact on increasing telomere length, which is associated with cellular health and aging. This makes heated yoga not just a workout but a practice that can have profound effects on your overall well-being.

Regular exercise during pregnancy is healthy for both the mother and baby. It helps maintain physical fitness, manage weight, and reduce the risk of gestational diabetes, among other benefits. We recommend following general prenatal guidelines and informing our teachers that you are expecting. They can provide any needed guidance to ensure your practice is safe and beneficial.
We do not recommend practicing in a heated room during the first trimester, as there is a risk of raising core body temperature, which can impact neural tube development. If you are considering practicing in a heated room past the first trimester, please consult with your doctor first. It’s essential to listen to your body at all times, take breaks when needed, and always stay well hydrated.

We highly encourage you to bring your own yoga mat and towel (if you need it) to class. While we do have mat and towel rentals in studio, they incur a fee: mats $2, sweat towel $3, mat towel $6. Please be advised that rentals may be limited.

If you cannot make it to your reserved in person class, you must cancel in your Wellness Living account at least three hours in advance to avoid our late cancel/no show policies and fees. If you do not cancel within that time frame, you will lose your class or incur late cancel/no show fees if you have an unlimited pass. The late cancel fee is $10 and the no show fee is $20. This only applies for in person classes. There are no exceptions, so we kindly ask that you accept our community policies as they ensure that you and all your fellow yogis have the best possible chance of getting a spot in class to practice.
-
Even when a class appears full online, you should add yourself to the waitlist as spots often open up! You will be notified If you are signed up for notifications, and you will receive an email as soon as you are moved off the waitlist. This will happen automatically up until 1h before class. Once you are added to the class from the waitlist you become responsible for attending or canceling.
If you are on a waitlist but realize you can’t make it to class, make sure to remove yourself so you aren’t added without adequate time to make it in to the studio or to cancel without penalty. If a spot opens up close to class time, we will call you to see if you can make it.
For full classes, registered students must be checked in 3 minutes prior to the start time of class to be considered present. If you do not arrive in that time frame, your spot will be given to someone on the waitlist.
In general, we strongly encourage arriving 10-15 minutes early as it ensures the best practice for you, your fellow students, and your teacher.
-
Our priority is to promptly begin and end each class on time. We recommend getting to the studio 10-15 minutes before class starts so you can check in, take your coat and shoes off, stash your belongings, and get ready to practice. Once class begins, our staff will lock the studio doors. If you arrive late, your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist and/or you may not be permitted to attend class and your spot will be forfeited without refund.
