Welcome to Kala Yoga, where stepping through our doors is akin to entering a portal into a tranquil and inspiring world that instantly feels like home. Our studio space is meticulously designed to transport you to a place of relaxation and serenity, drawing inspiration from the enchanting elements of Morocco, the Far East, and nature itself.

As you enter, our warm and friendly front desk staff and teachers will greet you with open arms. We take pride in offering REECH dry-grip, closed cell studio rental mats that are not only environmentally friendly but also ensure a firm and secure grip during your practice. Freshly laundered towels are provided as well, and for our valued members, both mats and towels are complimentary.

To cater to your comfort and convenience, we provide two well-maintained bathrooms, a shower for post-practice refreshment, and a complimentary refresh station. Numerous cozy nooks invite you to unwind, savor a cup of tea or coffee, peruse our global boutique, and explore our captivating gallery wall, all before or after your class. Feel free to utilize our mugs and cups, as we offer a filtered water system to keep you hydrated throughout your visit.

Our expansive practice space exudes an abundance of natural light, courtesy of two skylights and twelve windows. The room is kept at the ideal temperature for heated yoga through energy-efficient Radiant Heating Panels, ensuring a comfortable and invigorating environment at approximately 90 degrees Fahrenheit. This innovative heating system warms your body without ever leaving the air feeling stuffy or stagnant.
