KALĀ YOGA BRIDGE PROGRAM
The Kalā Yoga Bridge Program is designed to support existing RYT-200 certified yoga teachers in expanding and refining their teaching through the lens of Kalā’s unique approach—one that centers the needs of our communities and celebrates movement, sensorial experience, and embodied learning. Teachers will engage with the practice through both Classical and Buddhist philosophies, gaining tools to broaden their understanding while deepening creativity, clarity, and intentionality in their teaching.
This program offers an opportunity to enliven your existing teaching skills, while learning how to craft classes that are dynamic, accessible, and well-informed. Drawing from selected modules within the Kalā 200-hour training, participants will grow their capacity to hold inclusive, transformative spaces that support individual and collective wellbeing.
Rooted in Buddhist and classical Indian traditions, infused with joy, and grounded in community, the Kalā Yoga Bridge Program equips teachers to meet students where they are—with confidence, compassion, and the unmistakable Kalā flare.
