Eric Lawrence has been teaching yoga to groups and individuals for more than 10 years. His approach centers around the belief that it is the job of the teacher to help encourage students and guide them along their unique path; not a path pre-designed by anyone. As someone who enjoys a good sweat, you will find his classes to be challenging with just enough humor to douse the flames a bit, appealing to all levels of experience.

Eric’s yoga training began at OM Yoga in New York City. Since then, he has attended countless trainings in anatomy, kinesiology, and biomechanics. He is also an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, cycling coach, and an avid runner and swimmer (just in case you didn’t believe he enjoys a good sweat)!
