Although initially drawn to yoga as a form of physical fitness, Charlie Monsour (she/they) fell in love with the practice after discovering joy in community, as well as healing in the emotional benefits of intentional movement. In their invigorating vinyasa and nurturing restorative classes, Charlie creates a space where all bodies feel seen and supported. She believes in meeting students exactly where they are, helping them feel confident and secure while gently guiding them toward a sense of relaxation and presence. With a compassionate, trauma-informed approach, she invites students to embrace their own journey, fostering both strength and softness on and off the mat.
When they’re not at the yoga studio, you can find Charlie at the movies, the beach, experimenting in the kitchen, or curled up with a good book.
