MEMBERSHIPS
In person memberships include free mat and towel in studio. Memberships also include a 10% discount on workshops and most retail. ALL Monthly Memberships auto-renew, and there is no commitment - you can cancel anytime with 72 hours notice before your next billing cycle. Please read our studio policies below.
DROP IN & CLASS PACK
Mats and towels are not included, but can be purchased in studio for a small fee. Passes are nonrefundable. No extensions beyond expiration date.
Drop Ins expire 30 days after purchase.
Class Packs expire 1 year after purchase.

WORK EXCHANGE
Community and Meditation classes are donation based with $5, $10, $15, and $20 options.

GIFT CARDS
TEACHER, STUDENT, FIRST RESPONDER & BUSHWICK EMPLOYEE RATES
In an effort to make yoga more accessible we offer a 15% discount on Monthly Memberships and 10 Class Packs to all teachers, students, first responders, and employees of Bushwick based businesses. Please email info@kalayogabk.com with a current school year ID (must show current academic year) or proof of current employment (paystub) and we will help to set up your special rates so that you can keep on teaching, learning and serving others!
STUDIO POLICIES
Class Cancelation Policy:
If you cannot make it to your reserved in person class, you must cancel in your Wellness Living account at least three hours in advance to avoid our late cancel/no show policies and fees. If you do not cancel within that time frame, you will lose your class or incur late cancel/no show fees if you have an unlimited pass. The late cancel fee is $10 and the no show fee is $20. This only applies for in person classes. There are no exceptions, so we kindly ask that you accept our community policies as they ensure that you and all your fellow yogis have the best possible chance of getting a spot in class to practice.
Check in Policy
You must be checked in at least 3 minutes prior to the start time of class to be considered present. If you do not arrive in that time frame, your spot will be given to someone on the waitlist and our no show policies apply.
Waitlist Policy
Even when a class appears full online, you should add yourself to the waitlist as spots often open up! Please be sure you are signed up for ALL notifications. You will be notified from our system as soon as you are moved off the waitlist and placed into the class. If you have not heard from us before class begins, we still recommend coming to the studio as spots often become available. Once you decide to reserve a spot on the waitlist, you become responsible for attending if a spot becomes available. If you will not be able to attend, you are responsible for canceling your waitlist spot within our cancellation window (3 hours before the start time of class) or our late cancel/no show policies apply.
Monthly Memberships Auto Renew & Cancellation Policy
All monthly memberships auto-renew each month. Our policy requires you to email us at info@kalayogabk.com at least 7 days in advance of your billing date if you wish to cancel. There is a $5 fee for failed monthly membership payments.
Membership Suspension
Monthly Memberships and Annual Membership can be suspended three times a year for a maximum combined period of two months. The minimum suspension period is two weeks. You must email us 7 days in advance of the suspension and provide the start and end date. We do not retroactively suspend.
Workshops
We do not offer refunds for workshops. However, if you cannot attend we are happy to put the credit towards another workshop offering if we are notified 48 hours in advance. After that time the workshop cost is forfeited.
Class Packs
All class packs and drop ins are nonrefundable. There are no extensions beyond the expiration date unless a letter is provided by a health professional.
