25hr ASSIST TRAINING WITH PIA

This October, join Pia Fiato for an immersive 25-hour Assisting Training designed to deepen your confidence, refine your skill, and elevate your ability to support students of all levels through the art of hands-on assists.

You’ll engage in extensive hands-on practice and dynamic group learning, with plenty of space for inquiry and community connection. We’ll focus on building both confidence and comfort through practical application, partner work, and real-time feedback. You’ll explore the power of assisting through the lens of the yogic path, while also addressing the real-world challenges teachers face in both studio and private session settings. By the end, you’ll leave with tools to immediately elevate your teaching, support your students with more intelligence, and deepen your personal understanding of embodied alignment and presence. Most of all, we'll have a ton of fun!

What Former Trainees Are Saying

“I feel so fortunate to have been able to be a part of Pia's Assists training. She has such a gift for creating space to learn, to step into confidence, and to build real relationships with fellow students. I was able to really connect to the material, learning incredibly valuable ways to approach both assists and teaching overall, and beyond that, reconnecting to my purpose for teaching and why I love this practice. My training with Pia truly accelerated and recentered my journey as a teacher. If you have the opportunity to learn from Pia, take it!”

— Lauren H.

“This training with Pia was exactly what I needed to elevate my teaching. Her approach is clearly structured and supported by a thoughtful manual that we used throughout our time together. What made the biggest impact was the intentional space she created for us to practice what we were learning in real time.

Beyond the techniques, Pia embodies the true meaning of sangha. She is deeply educated, incredibly generous with her knowledge, and shows up as a mentor, a teacher, and a friend. I am leaving this training feeling confident in my hands on assisting and genuinely excited to integrate everything into my classes.

I fully recommend this training to anyone who wants to grow as a teacher!”

— Daniel T.

“Pia's assisting training helped me gain the skillset and confidence to incorporate physical assists into my teaching style. Pia shares her expert understanding of the human body and classical alignment in asana postures through this training, showcasing how assists can enhance a students' body awareness and allow them to deepen their practice. The training provides lots of opportunity to practice and experience the assists- I left with new actionable techniques I was ready to immediately incorporate into my teaching. Pia also creates a casual yet thoughtful environment to be in community with other teachers and discuss the opportunities and challenges we all face- I left feeling inspired and connected. The hands-on assists I learned and refined through this training now help me stand out as an instructor- physical assists have become a key component to my teaching style, and have deepened my teaching practice, allowing me to better tune into the needs of students in my class.”
